San Francisco International Airport (SFO) — ~1 hr 30 min to Petaluma The most direct option. From SFO, head north on US-101 through Marin to Petaluma.
Oakland International Airport (OAK) — ~1 hr 15 min to Petaluma A great alternative, often with lower fares. From OAK, take I-580 West to US-101 North into Petaluma.
Driving
Stemple Creek Address: 900 Burbank Ln, Tomales, CA 94971
From San Francisco (approx. 55 miles / 1 hr 15 min) Take US-101 North across the Golden Gate Bridge through Marin. Continue north through Novato. Exit toward Point Reyes Station and pick up Highway 1 (Shoreline Highway) heading north through the town of Tomales. Continue about 2 miles north of Tomales on Highway 1, then turn left on Fallon Road. Stay on Fallon Road approximately 5.3 miles, then turn left on Burbank Lane. Follow Burbank Lane — it becomes a dirt driveway — down to the parking area.
From the East Bay (approx. 68 miles / 1 hr 30 min) take I-580 West cross the Richmond Bridge and exit to US-101 North. Continue north through Marin and Novato. From there, follow the same directions as above via Highway 1 through Tomales to Fallon Road and Burbank Lane.
From Sacramento (approx. 95 miles / 1 hr 45 min) Take I-80 West toward the Bay Area. Merge onto US-101 North through Marin and Novato. From there, follow the same directions as above via Highway 1 through Tomales to Fallon Road and Burbank Lane.
